My book contained a very specific data related to different types of pesticide residues, it discussed in details the situation of these residues and the suitable methods of detection.

Studies on pesticide residues in food in north Africa, middle east countries are deficient, not published globally and not enough noticed on large scale. This area of research especially in developing counties as my country Egypt need more lighting and more focus to spread the local information so far through the world. Thus, in my manuscript, I concerned mainly with the pesticide residues as an area of research in local and imported meat consumed in Egypt as a developing country and also discussed the other resemble countries have the same circumstances and situations.
