One of the main problems of modern fundamental science is the reality of scientific constructions about the micro- and macroworld. They are based on hypotheses. Gradually, the arbitrariness of hypotheses is forgotten, and fictitious explanations of the surrounding world are affirmed as its real structures. In this work, the electromagnetic, gravitational, and other phenomena are studied using a non-hypothetical approach. At the beginning of the book, the author’s conclusions about different aspects of the surrounding world are presented on the basis of his half-century of research carried out by him in various fields. There are too his thoughts on the further development of science and society.
There are two views on the nature of light: 1) light is particles; 2) light is waves. Neither one nor the other is. First of all, light is the electromagnetic influence of a source on a receiver. The book shows that the change in the characteristics of light during the motion of the source relative to the receiver is completely determined by the experimental laws of electromagnetism.
Is the Solar system stable, will it fall apart over time? Is it possible to predict the movement of asteroids after their approach to the Earth? Accurate and thorough solutions to the problems of Newtonian interaction of celestial bodies, including those for 100 million years, provide unambiguous answers to these questions.
The excess rotation of Mercury’s perihelion led to the emergence of the General Theory of Relativity (GR). It was found that cause of the excess is the oblateness of the Sun. Taking it into account, the interaction of celestial bodies according to Newton’s law of gravitation gives such a change in the parameters of the orbits of the planets, including the perihelion of Mercury, which is observed. Therefore, GR is not needed.
One of the most difficult problems of modern science is the problem of the evolution of the rotational motion of the Earth. First, the influence of individual celestial bodies on the rotation of the Earth is investigated. Next, the problem of the evolution of the Earth’s axis over 20 million years is solved with the simultaneous action of these bodies. Many interesting properties of the evolution of this movement, which were not previously known, have been established.
The problem of the evolution of the Earth’s axis is needed to understand long-term climate changes and to build models of the Earth’s internal structure. The solutions obtained answered many questions related to the repeated onset of Ice Ages. In the future, the results of the evolution of the Earth’s axis will make it possible to create a more realistic model of its internal structure.
Are there gravitational waves and neutrinos? As already noted, General Relativity and gravitational waves were needed to explain the excessive rotation of Mercury’s perihelion. Since it is due to the oblateness of the Sun, General Relativity and gravitational waves are not needed. According to the hypothesis of the Theory of Relativity, the mass of a particle depends on the velocity of its movement. In order for the hypothesis not to contradict the experiments, neutrino particles were introduced. In reality, from the experimental laws of electromagnetism it follows that force of interaction of a charged particle depends on its velocity relative to the second particle, and its mass is constant. Therefore, particles neutrinos are also not needed.
