In the undergraduate training program in Finance, Banking and Fintech, we have designed an introduction module to the field of study. This is a module in the general knowledge block, helping students grasp the regulations in the learning process and learn about the curriculum to plan their studies well. Besides, it introduces students to the financial market and trading products on the financial market; understand the Fintech industry and development trends; grasp the job positions and recruitment needs of the labor market as well as clearly know the requirements for knowledge, skills, attitudes or general abilities. Equally important, ethical standards in the profession are also introduced in the last chapter to help students understand general regulations, grasp two cases of ethical standards of securities companies and banks in practice. From there, students can grasp the standards to avoid violations when participating in the official labor market.
