This monograph “Factors Affecting Financial Management Behavior among Generation Z and Millennial Women in Indonesia: A Gender and Generational Perspective,” was compiled to provide in-depth insight into financial management behavior, particularly the factors influencing women’s financial management in Indonesia. The analysis presented in this monograph is based on empirical data and relevant and current financial theories, such as personality theory, education level, financial knowledge, and financial management behavior, as well as financial technology as a mediating factor.  We hope this monograph will provide theoretical benefits, such as a deeper understanding of financial decision-making, testing traditional economic assumptions, and developing more accurate financial models. Theoretical benefits include improving financial literacy, supporting personal financial decision-making, assisting companies and policymakers, developing better financial products and services, and supporting financial planning.
