Nowadays, the scientific discoveries about the influence activities of humans, about phenomena such as the greenhouse effect, ozone depletion, bipolar melting, and sea-level rise making flood salted the coastal wet-land, drought or contrary, pouring rain. The extraordinary climate and extreme weather, the warming of the Earth crust … collectively known as Climate Change (CC).

Climate Change comes from the increasing emissions of greenhouse gases into the atmosphere. The 4th scientific report (2007) of the Inter-governmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC) showed that the CO2 concentration reached 397 ppm (parts per million of volume) in 2005 and now is reaching 450 ppm; with an increased average concentration of 1,4 ppm per year between 1960-2005 and 1,9 ppm per year from 1995 to 2005, now about 2,0 ppm.

Scientists suppose that the phenomenon of global warming is happening worldwide. The statistics of the world average temperature show that in the last 600 years, the temperature has only started to increase gradually over 1 century -meaning, it started in the 1900s, at the same time as the industrial revolution. More and more scientists are convinced that the Earth is warming due to human-made. Climate Change (CC) will cause the Sea Level Rise (SLR) to higher and higher, in accompaniment with drought, gale, and exhausted rivers, which inevitably causes saline intrusion (SI). Deeper into the fields for low-lying areas.
